I am one of the founders of Synerzip (www.synerzip.com). Synerzip serves small/mid-sized technology companies with dual-shore (US + India based) software product development and QA/testing services. We are a very seasoned team of software professionals, who deeply understand the common pitfalls of software development. Prior to starting Synerzip, I worked for several years at McKinsey & Co and at i2 Technologies in Dallas. At Synerzip, we help our clients leverage the offshore advantage without the upfront risk, hassle factor, and set-up costs.

While we do serve a few larger clients such as FedExKinko’s eCommerce Technology group and Broadlane, our primary focus is to serve early-stage, innovative technology companies. Our customers include leading privately funded technology companies, such as 360Commerce (before it got acquired by Oracle), Traq Wireless, Credant Technologies, DataCert, Servient, CMS Consultants, Skywire Software, Hall Settlement Systems, Pavilion Technologies, Gimmal Group, Award Solutions, PDX Pharmacy, ClearOrbit, UnWired Buyer, Prova Group, Maximus, Repliqa, MediaCart, etc.

Our team has deep expertise in building software using Agile development approach – which delivers working software in short iterations of 2-weeks each, while allowing the software business requirements to evolve/emerge along the way. This Agile delivery approach works very well in situations where our clients are building something new and innovative or where they simply need to accommodate the evolving/changing nature of business requirements.

With our robust dual-shore Agile software delivery approach we assist our clients leverage offshore economics (= 50% cost advantage) while reducing their risk of software development. In addition to our offshore team, we have a small US/Texas based team, which can make the overall experience of working with offshore team more streamlined and pleasant for our clients. We work with our clients in a true partnership relationship and give them the flexibility of taking over their offshore team whenever they feel a need to have their own captive operation in India.
